Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 October 2026

This policy describes how Pharaoh Stream (the "App") for Apple TV, iPhone and iPad handles information. We designed the App to collect as little as possible.

Information we do not collect

Information stored on your device and in your iCloud

Your IPTV server details (server URL, username, password or playlist URL), viewer profiles, favourites, watch progress and settings are stored on your device. If you use iCloud, they sync to your own private iCloud account via Apple CloudKit; server credentials are stored encrypted. We cannot access this data.

Crash and diagnostic data

To find and fix bugs, the App sends crash reports and performance diagnostics to Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.). These reports contain technical information such as device model, OS version, app version and the stack trace. They are not linked to your identity. IPTV usernames and passwords are removed from these reports before they leave your device.

Third-party services you connect

Children

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Deleting your data

Delete the App to remove local data. To remove synced data, delete the App's data from iCloud (Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage). Clearing caches in the App's Settings removes cached artwork and catalog data.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly.
